A few exercises I’ve been loving as you can make them super challenging by upping the weight. I captioned this ‘rounded glutes’ as they target your whole gluteus max (as opposed to ‘upper glutes’, ‘lower glutes’ etc.).
1️⃣ SL seated squat - these are super hard with weight, obviously you could try these with a barbell too. Attempt as many as you can!
2️⃣ Rear foot elevated SL deadlift - thas a long one lol. LOVE these for a deep stretch in the exercise.
3️⃣ Step up with kickback - super hard, especially for the unbalanced like myself🤪 I found the best position for these is slightly leaning forward and not fully straightening the stepping up leg!
