Hi again ❤ this is me deadlifting 205lbs for my 1RM earlier this afternoon during my lunch break 💁‍♀️. I've been following along @stephaniesanzo 's Build Program on the @sweat app and it's really helped me build my all-over strength! My deadlift PR was stuck in the 150-160 lbs range and feels A H M A Z I N G to be able to bust out clean reps of 200 + lbs. !
