#progressnotperfection This whole CrossFit/Nutrition journey has been a lot more than just to look good. Yeah, when I first started my intentions were to be all thinnnn, but as I dive deeper into this journey it’s now been about: (1) unlearning 27 years of unhealthy (emotional) eating habits, (2) ditching the mentality of comparing myself to others/mainstream media standards of what a woman should look like and (3) pushing my body to its limits (I can do a ONE strict pull up y’all 🤣) 💕 🏋🏽‍♀️. I’m happy with how I’ve progressed with my relationship with food and what exercise does for my bodyyyy! It’s hard, but I ain’t trying to be where I use to be. 🥳
