TEST WEEK! Every 4th week of our training programme, we “test” our main lifts. The guys will do a few warm up sets and then attempt a PB on lifts like deadlifts, squats, bench pressing, overhead pressing etc... Last month Michelle’s PB on deadlifts was 90kg for 6 and this morning she did 100kg for 6 (the 100 club!) And Chris squatted 65kg for 8 last month and today managed 75kg for 8. So a 10kg increase for both which is great progress! We love seeing people lose weight but we also love seeing people hit PB’s on certain and lifts and get stronger as well.
