So happy with how things are going on @stephaniesanzo Build program! Currently on week 5 and upped my bench press to 4 sets of 5 reps at 85lbs.

You know what they say. When a girl is working out and she tightens her ponytail. It’s about to go down. . . I have been working my ass off with my workouts and my strength levels are increasing immensely. My goal is to be able to deadlift 220 lbs to show @stephaniesanzo that I can do it. Also, this would be such a success for myself to increase my 1rm by 20 lbs. Today I was able to deadlift (sumo) 180 lbs 4X6 reps. I finally incorporated a crappy video for proof (my phone quality sucks, sorry) Swipe but my first couple reps are cut out due to the fact that I think it’s embarrassing how I lift my butt up to ensure I have a straight back before I pull the weight off the ground. . P.S. there are little 2.5 lb plates on each end that you can’t see and the bar is 45 lbs.
