❗️Body by wine, bacon, cheese, french fries, ice cream❗️⠀ ⠀ Haha, not entirely, but I did enjoy eating/drinking all those things while still crushing my fitness and nutrition goals over the last 4 weeks. ⠀ ⠀ 4 weeks ago, old Amanda would maybe eat 1 serving each of fruits and veggies daily, not eat near enough protein and eat/drink waaaay too many carbs. Not to mention maybe drinking 16 oz of water per day - yikes!⠀ ⠀ I’m not doing ANYTHING unusual:⠀ ⠀ ✅I drink half my body weight in water daily ⠀ ✅I intentionally move my body 5-6 days per week⠀ ✅I’m fueling my body with more of the foods that give me energy all day long⠀ ✅No calorie counting - I just eat my containers!⠀ ⠀ 💕While I’m psyched to see my body respond to these changes (down 4 lbs and 2.5 inches), the fact that my clothes fit better, I have more energy, I’m sleeping through the night and I feel confident and sexy in my skin, is infinitely more rewarding than the numbers 💕⠀ ⠀ #shecreatesbalance⠀ ⠀ ⠀
