End of today鈥檚 @fitnessculturetraining upper body focus workout. Wanted to feel totally spent so I added this little gem. 1. Muscle ups 2. Handstands pushups 3. DB up right row 4. Double unders. Maybe it鈥檚 the years of sports, but I like feeling 馃挴 exhausted after a workout so adding these little muscular endurance circuits are super fun for me.

We started the workout with 10 sets of Wide grip pull ups and 10 set of Incline bench. The reason for the rotation at the bottom of the chest movement is to increase the stretch in the pec. If you want to do this entire workout go to my YouTube page! Link in bio @fitnessculturetraining @isnathan
