Core training isn’t the same as Ab training. We often times use the two interchangeably when the reality is abs are only part of your core. Training the muscles of LPHC are it’s important for stabilization, posture and movement. At @fitnessculturetraining we have “core” training days designed to not only tighten up your abs, but also strengthen those other muscles that make up your core.
