Hi Im Steve, and I enjoy a nice bicep pump to 80s butt rock! Does this make me a meat-heat? Probably but it’s better than trying to be something I’m not What’s your favorite song to workout to? I’m going with anything by AC/DC.

Conditioning > Cardio! I love finishing my bodybuilding workouts with some conditioning aka exercise that requires you to go all out for short burst of time and can be both cardio and strength training movements! Give this one a try and let me know how it goes! 5 rounds of- 5 hang power cleans 200 meter run 7 toes to bar 200 meter row 9 burpees Go as hard as possible but keep good form!

This was a long workout! Push day, focusing on shoulders since it’s the second push day of the week! Give it a good as it has a bit of everything! Exercise 1: A.Banded bench press- 7 x 3 Exercise 2: A. Overhead barbell press-5x5. Exercise 3: Superset. A. DB Scott press-12, 10, 8, 6. B. Incline DB skull crushers-12,10, 8, 6. Exercise 4: Superset. A. Plate front raise- 4x10. B. Single cable kick back- 4 x 12. Exercise 5. A.
