End of today’s @fitnessculturetraining upper body focus workout. Wanted to feel totally spent so I added this little gem.
1. Muscle ups
2. Handstands pushups
3. DB up right row
4. Double unders.
Maybe it’s the years of sports, but I like feeling 💯 exhausted after a workout so adding these little muscular endurance circuits are super fun for me.
Easy like Sunday Morning.

We started the workout with 10 sets of Wide grip pull ups and 10 set of Incline bench. The reason for the rotation at the bottom of the chest movement is to increase the stretch in the pec.

Moments to give thanks for. Hiking crocodile rock to watch the sunset in Byron Bay was a highlight as it was picture perfect. Surfers on the Pass dancing on waves as the last bit of sun seeped through clouds 🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼A memory that will last forever!
