GOOD MORNING SUNSHINES!! Back home from 🇦🇺 with Max & back in the gym!! BUT wanted to share part 2 of home/hotel workout for you! This one is upper body and core related and a perfect mini circuit to try out!! Like and save for later for a no equipment burnout 🙏🏼🔥

🔥Bench dips (or in this case coffee table dips lol) 15 reps
🔥Decline push ups! 10-12 reps (bc I’m weak) But putting your feet up helps to increase difficulty a little bit and puts some more emphasis on your shoulders
🔥Plank Ups? 10 per arm - I googled what these were called bc I forget to give actual names to exercises most of the time, lol. But these are great for core, arms, shoulders, all that good stuff!!
