Home Circuit! Bit of a cardio burn, FUN STUFF
I like to keep it simple and not too complicated because I’m already quite uncoordinated and my balance isn’t the best!
But these are all some of my tried and true faithfuls to a good home “HIIT” workout!
Do each exercise one after the other and then repeat the whole circuit 3-4 times! No longer than 30-40 sec breaks!! GET IT DONEEE 💛🍍
PS one rep of exercise 3 = 3 steps+ squat

Started with a stair master
Then a triset
Walking Lunges with a Glute ...Tip Over Thing - 30 reps
Straight Leg Deadlifts - 12 reps
Plank Jacks / Mountain Climbers - 20 reps
—repeated 3-4 times
Hip Thrusts - 15 reps
Hamstring Curls - 15 reps
—repeated 3-4 times
Finish with some abs if desired and call it a SUCCESSFUL DAY, YOU GO GIRL
