🍑Reverse lunges into a shoulder press
🍍Sumo squat into a wide straight leg deadlift
🍊Bent over row into a tricep kickback
4 sets of each, 10-12 reps of each movement!

Cable Only Leg Workout! I love the resistance of cables!! These are some of my favorites that I always do for the booty, and never let me down. DO THESE! Like & save for later! 🔥
🔥 Cable Front Squats - can use almost any attachment, I like how the cable really stabilizes you and keeps resistance the entire movement! Try to increase weight each set to challenge yourself!
🔥 Cable Frog Walks - WHAT A BURN AMIRITE I do a 4-5 step walk out and walk back
🔥 Cable Pull Throughs - One of my top 3 booty movements, SQUEEZE at the top!!

GOOD MORNING SUNSHINES!! Back home from 🇦🇺 with Max & back in the gym!! BUT wanted to share part 2 of home/hotel workout for you! This one is upper body and core related and a perfect mini circuit to try out!! Like and save for later for a no equipment burnout 🙏🏼🔥
🔥Bench dips (or in this case coffee table dips lol) 15 reps
🔥Decline push ups! 10-12 reps (bc I’m weak) But putting your feet up helps to increase difficulty a little bit and puts some more emphasis on your shoulders
🔥Plank Ups? 10 per arm - I googled what these were called bc I forget to give actual names to exercises most of the time, lol. But these are great for core, arms, shoulders, all that good stuff!!

☀️Two-side steps + Squat x6
☀️Assisted Pistol Squats! 10 per leg (I have very poor balance and always have, so this is a good alternative if you struggle with pistol squats like I do & want to work your way up!)
🔥repeat circuit 3-4 times
☀️Banded Hip Thrusts! 15-20 reps
☀️Single Leg Elevated Glute Bridge 15 reps per leg
