Trying to make a lil makeshift workout corner at home, with dumbbells and bands and whatnot! I just gotta find better lighting, but wanted to share a little full body workout with you, easy to do at home with just a couple dumbbells!! . Like and save for later if you’re in a time crunch and want some combo moves for a quick full body burn 🥰🔥 . 🍑Reverse lunges into a shoulder press 🍍Sumo squat into a wide straight leg deadlift 🍊Bent over row into a tricep kickback . 4 sets of each, 10-12 reps of each movement! . Good morning sunshines!! ☀️ Cable Only Leg Workout! I love the resistance of cables!! These are some of my favorites that I always do for the booty, and never let me down. DO THESE! Like & save for later! 🔥 . 🔥 Cable Front Squats - can use almost any attachment, I like how the cable really stabilizes you and keeps resistance the entire movement! Try to increase weight each set to challenge yourself! 🔥 Cable Frog Walks - WHAT A BURN AMIRITE I do a 4-5 step walk out and walk back 🔥 Cable Pull Throughs - One of my top 3 booty movements, SQUEEZE at the top!! 🔥🔥🔥 I do 3-4 sets of each in a 10-15 rep range 🥰🙌🏼 . GOOD MORNING SUNSHINES!! Back home from 🇦🇺 with Max & back in the gym!! BUT wanted to share part 2 of home/hotel workout for you! This one is upper body and core related and a perfect mini circuit to try out!! Like and save for later for a no equipment burnout 🙏🏼🔥 . 🔥Bench dips (or in this case coffee table dips lol) 15 reps 🔥Decline push ups! 10-12 reps (bc I’m weak) But putting your feet up helps to increase difficulty a little bit and puts some more emphasis on your shoulders 🔥Plank Ups? 10 per arm - I googled what these were called bc I forget to give actual names to exercises most of the time, lol. Gotta work booty on the go?? 🏃🏼‍♀️🏃🏼‍♀️ Getting creative at home/hotel/aka not the gym—I’ve been brainstorming a home version of my split and these juicy workouts are included!! Basically these things you can do anywhere, (even without the band), and still get a good burn in before you run out to the beach or shopping or get into whatever diabolical plans you have for the weekend!! 😋 . PART I: Legz ☀️Two-side steps + Squat x6 ☀️Assisted Pistol Squats! 10 per leg (I have very poor balance and always have, so this is a good alternative if you struggle with pistol squats like I do & want to work your way up!) 🔥repeat circuit 3-4 times . ☀️Banded Hip Thrusts! 15-20 reps ☀️Single Leg Elevated Glute Bridge 15 reps per leg 🔥repeat circuit 3-4 times . Burn baby burn— make sure you do each movement slow and controlled and with good form!! You got dis. .
