This was so highly requested! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ METHOD: - Boil the gnocchi until it floats (about 5 minutes) - Put the veg of your choice in a pan and fry with oil - I used pre-cooked chicken which I added to the pan once the veg was cooked - You could fry your own chicken/quorn/tofu - Add the boiled gnocchi to the pan and fry - Add a sauce - Add a sprinkle of light cheddar ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Such an easy thing to make and super tasty!! Macros are rough and will depend how much of everything you put in! I used 200g gnocchi and about 115g chicken 💗 - @taylorkayteee

HOW I GOT ABS ⬇️ A lot of people think that doing ab exercises is going to give you the lean abs/6-pack look... technically any form of exercise is burning calories and yes you’ll be toning you abdominal muscles (increase in muscle and decrease in fat)🔥 However, if you want to achieve a lean tummy area you need to be eating right and drinking water!!🥗 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ In the first picture, I ate a lot of fast food, drank a lot of alcohol, not enough water, etc. What changed: * Mainly eating whole foods * Healthy, balanced meals * Upping micros * More water * More cardio/eating in deficit ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Realistically, being super lean all the time isn’t achievable and even I lose my abs frequently when I go through phases of eating worse!
