How many thst you met in your journey can you say this to?
When you say #CCT#CCT#CCTV will help with security in our country some people who are elected to make our country safe will be fighting personal fights.
Now tell me, how much is the cost of subsidy every year? Money that doesn't help the poor man. How many poor people have cars?
So, all the subsidy helps the rich, but once they say they want to remove it, the rich will gather all the people together to protest. So that it appears like its a battle for the poor. This is different from the #occupydemocrats Nigeria Protest. Which was calling government to look into the essence of the removal, without a concrete plan to say what the money will bw ised for. #occupyNigeria was also about the fake subsidies people were collecting and there was still fuel scarcity.
The question then was, All the trillions, was all that not enough money to make our country safe, provide infrastructures and boost the police force? Or even get our data collection and storage, sorted? When we say these politicians are selfish, you are classed PDP or APC. Did you need a parked police car to achieve this footage? Yet the #CCTV has done the work, 2000 police officers cannot do. We don't even know who the people who carried the Mace from Senate are. We don't know who dropped the millions of cash abandoned at the airport.
All the people talking about how the #CCTV will be vandalized,... wait, will the Camera not see them? How can some people walk into a place kill over 100 Nigerians, and we are still investigating?
Re:Election of a comedian as president of #Ukraine. Please let us not be too far reaching in our expectations. We celebrate with Ukraine, for a transparent electioneering process. A lot of people have in the euphoria, started asking whether a comedian can be a President, in NIGERIA. C'mon!!!!! PEOPLE! Are we not just being funny? In which elections? How? In a country where the people who are supposed to amend our constitution are mending it, from left, right and centre? Where a governor whose state cannot generate N2b in a month, is spending N200m on his consumables? In a country where there IS NO DATA BASE OF THUMB PRINTS. Where we do not have a true population. Where a man who has not seen and earned N2millon monthly, becomes a billionaire after just 4 years of being a public servant. Where, a senator who is supposed to serve is being served? Where, you cannot explain your wealth and you cannot #ShowWorking. Where, the countries refineries begin to shut down and we all let it shut down before we take note. Where we, have verrrrrrrrrrry verrrrrry rich people who own oil wells and licenses, but refuse to develop where the oil came from, but all the other places where the oil is not found look like where the oil came from. In a place where, people can walk into a National Assembly and carry a mace. Nothing happens. Snatch ballot box. Nothing happens. Police shoots unarmed citizens. Money meant to protect the territorial integrity of a nation are shared for election purposes. Nothing happens. People are slaughtered on a daily basis, and we think it's ok. Where an election can hold, 16 votes will be greater than 19 votes. Where presidency costs over N10b, Governorship over N5b, Senate about N1B, Reps N250m and above. State assembly cost nearly N100m. Local government chairman, N50m (oil producing states cost more) Where a minister will say, we are broke. And he is fired. A legislator says "we are paying ourselves too much", he is suspended. Salaries are not paid for months, national assembly don't care. You now want a comedian to run for office. Nice joke.
In 2006, in the heat of the 3rd term agenda, I wrote that the major problem we had was the faulty constitution. I mentioned that a constitution that lets a lazy state sit back and benefit from the sweat of other states is an enslaving constitution. Some elder statesmen who are now clamouring restructuring called me a comedian.
As Nigerians that we are, no one is saying anything about how this is killing the agric sector and undermining all the efforts of government to revamp the economy. But let the minister say, some people have lifestyles that undermine the efforts of locally makes products... blonde bloggers will go to town. How will the rice economy survive. Let the government take a hard line about the smugglers, someone will say there is no work, so what do you want people to do? Forgetting that these smugglers are killing the economy.
In this picture is the youngest comedian to have graced the #Alibabasspontaneity platform. And she did well.
Then the Jews, will make their claims too. The original owners of America and Australia too will lay claims
