⁣@SWEAT Trainer @kelseywells shares her Dynamic Stretching routine which she often begins her #PWR workouts with 🙌🏼. ⁣What an AMAZING achievement by our beautiful member @alexiswellness 🙌🏽. She proves how the POWER of community and support can play such a huge role in your success. That's why it is so important that we support one another as a #SWE#SWEATCommunity and that we spread the tough love of #SWEAT to everyone 💕.⠀ ⠀ She says: “Almost 2 years on this fitness journey and it all started with a @swe@swe@sweat #12week challenge!⠀ .⠀ I had done #bbg#bbg on and off for almost 2 years before, but wasn’t able to commit until the @sweat 12 week challenge in September 2017. It was also at this time that @confidentiallykatie got a group of more than 100 women together and with the help of @balancing.fit cheered us all on, inspired us and gave many of us the accountability we needed to get started and keep going. That was what I needed to really make fitness a constant in my routine.⠀ .⠀ Between September 2017 and September 2018 I was very consistently working out... hockey 3 times a week, 2 #bbg resistance workouts and 1 spin class a week.⠀ .⠀ Things have slowed down a bit in the last year, I’ve lost some progress...that routine was too much for me and affecting the adrenal fatigue I’m still trying to heal...but what hasn’t changed is that fitness is still a part of my routine. I still crave movement, not because it has changed my body physically, but because of how it affects my mind. I FEEL more confident when I’m in a good fitness routine, my body FEELS better. My mind FEELS better. Fitness #fuelsthefeels and the @sweat app and challenges like #sweatnation help make it fun while also keeping me motivated.”⠀ ⠀

⁣Making your salads more nutrient dense by adding fruits like berries, grapes, citrus fruits and cranberries not only adds freshness and flavour but can also provide a source of nutrients, including potassium, fibre, vitamin C and folate 🍉 🍇 🍓.
